How you get paid

Two payouts, both before the risky part

SupplementQuotes collects from the brand, confirms the money landed, and releases it to you. You never chase a customer.

Deposit payout
50% of your quote

Released to your bank once the brand’s deposit clears, before you start. Production is not expected to begin until it lands.

Final payout
The rest + freight

Billed on the actual count, plus 100% of freight and any extras the brand approved. Released once their final payment clears, before you ship.

Where it goes
ACH to your account

Add your bank under My Account. Each payout shows its date and bank reference on the order, and a change to your details holds payouts for 48 hours to keep fraud out.

What we verify

Listing is free. It is not automatic.

Brands trust the badges because we check them. Approval takes a short review, and once you are in, every request that fits your capabilities comes to you with the NDA already handled.

  • Certifications. GMP registration and any NSF, SQF, organic, or other certificates you hold, with expiry dates tracked.
  • Facility and capabilities. Formats you run, minimums, and lead times, so you only see requests you can actually make.
  • Mutual NDA. Accepted once on sign-up; it covers every spec you open.
  • Payout details. Added by you, encrypted, and never shown to brands.

What is the fee to join?

Applying and getting listed are free. There are no lead fees and no subscriptions. Our fee is added on top of your quote on the customer’s side, so the price you quote is the price you receive.

What am I seeing before I quote?

The brand’s complete specification, including supplement type, ingredients, bottle count, packaging, and target price. You only quote the projects you want.

How am I paid?

Two ACH payouts to the account you add under My Account: half of your quote before production starts, the rest (plus 100% of freight and any approved extras) before you ship. Each payout shows its date and bank reference on the order.

Who am I competing against?

Other verified manufacturers. Every facility on the platform has been vetted, so bids are compared on merit: pricing, lead time, and certifications.
