The brand evaluates bids and accepts yours. Finalize the details through direct chat; a Purchase Order is generated automatically.
Produce the Order
Production starts once the customer’s deposit clears and SupplementQuotes releases it to you. Approve the label proof, mark the order in production, and confirm the final count.
Get Paid, Then Ship
The final payout is released to your bank once the customer’s balance clears. You ship after you are paid, post tracking, and the order closes on delivery.

What is the fee to join?
Applying and getting listed are free. There are no lead fees and no subscriptions. Our fee is added on top of your quote on the customer’s side, so the price you quote is the price you receive.
What am I seeing before I quote?
The brand’s complete specification, including supplement type, ingredients, bottle count, packaging, and target price. You only quote the projects you want.
How am I paid?
Two ACH payouts to the account you add under My Account: half of your quote before production starts, the rest (plus 100% of freight and any approved extras) before you ship. Each payout shows its date and bank reference on the order.
Who am I competing against?
Other verified manufacturers. Every facility on the platform has been vetted, so bids are compared on merit: pricing, lead time, and certifications.
