Customer Confidentiality & NDA

This Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement is made between SupplementQuotes®, LLC and the submitting company. By submitting a quote request through the platform, you agree to the terms below.

1. Purpose

Protect proprietary or confidential information shared when requesting quotations. Confidential information includes:

• product formulas
• ingredient lists
• product specifications
• packaging details
• manufacturing requirements
• business information

2. Our Commitment

SupplementQuotes® agrees to:

• treat all Confidential Information as strictly confidential
• use submitted information solely for obtaining manufacturing quotations
• share limited information only with verified manufacturers who have signed confidentiality agreements
• implement reasonable safeguards to protect submitted information

3. Customer Responsibilities

You agree that you own or have legal right to submit the information, and that submitted materials do not infringe any third party intellectual property rights.

4. Term of Protection

All Confidential Information shared through the platform will be protected for three (3) years from the date of disclosure.

5. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.

6. Manufacturer Confidentiality

Manufacturers must affirmatively accept the Manufacturer Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement and the platform Terms before receiving access to Customer requests. Creating a manufacturer account alone does not constitute acceptance; each acceptance is recorded with the agreement version, the signer’s name and title, and the date and time.

A Manufacturer’s confidentiality obligations apply to all confidential information received while evaluating a request — including formulas, product specifications, Supplement Facts information, product concepts, volumes, target pricing, business information, and files — regardless of whether the Manufacturer ultimately submits a quote or receives the order. Deciding not to quote does not terminate confidentiality obligations regarding information already accessed. Such information may be used only for evaluating and quoting the request through the platform.

7. Acceptance
